The neighbourhood is soulful and family friendly. Our apartment is around the corner from the famous Bialik House and the old City Hall building.
There is a local grocery store and a fruit market one block away, and a fabulous local restaurant with great home cooking, Hess 4, just at the end of the street.
Walking distance to the beach, Dizengoff Centre, a beautiful large park and playground, Gan Meir, about 500m from the Carmel Market,...everything is at your fingertips.
Hess street is a quiet one-way street yet the bustle and fabulous energy of Tel Aviv is only half a block away.
