This apartment is within walking distance of the well-known area of Levinski area in Tel Aviv.
It's also only two kilometers away from Old Jaffa. If you are up to it you can walk there in less than 30 minutes. I nice wat to build up an appetite and have some of the yummy food on offer there.
It is within walking distance of the famous Rothschild Boulevard which is lined with restaurants, cafes, and bars. As well as being well maintained and present a beautiful vista of trees which not only makes it a pleasure to walk through but combines to cool down the streets by up to 4 degrees.
Rothschild Boulevard connects you to Habima Square, which is a beautiful area with modern landscape architecture and a well-known area where the locals like to hang out in the evening.
Overall it's a nice area with many amenities at your doorstep presenting you with great opportunities while staying in Tel Aviv.
